1. How can I get real-time quotes through the
Automated Trading Hotline?
You can enjoy a maximum of 2 rounds of stock quotes during each call (maximum
five stock codes each time). You can use the following Shortcut Keys to get
real-time stock quotes:

2. How does Snapshot points function and how can
I earn Snapshot points?
Immediately upon your opening of Online Custodian Account and your acceptance
to the Terms & Conditions, 500 Snapshot points ("Bonus Points") will be given to you and for
each trading transaction you made, a further 68 Snapshot points ("Accumulated Points") will be
granted.
For each Snapshot quote you requested, either through PC or through
WAP-enabled Phone, 1 Snapshot point will be deducted from your account.
3. Will Snapshot points expire?
Unused bonus points will be expired by the end of each month. For accumulated points, they will expire annually on 30 June. However, those points you have earned from the executed transactions
in the period of 1 April to 30 June of a fiscal year can be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
