If you restart the application and still see the same message after you logged on, please contact SkyStream customer service department at 2121 8521 for assistance.
2. Why am I getting the message "Duplicate logon" ?
This message pops up when someone else is using the streaming service with your account ID at the same time. Simply close this message box and log in again. To prevent unauthorised access to your account, you should change your login password from time to time.
3. Why am I getting the message "Reconnecting ..."?
This message indicates the network connection is really bad or already dropped and the application is trying to reconnect to the server automatically. If this message failed for a few times, it will popup a message and said the connection is failed to reconnection. You are suggested to disconnect from the ISP and restart the application again.
4. How to enable cookies on PDA browser?
When you have not enabled the cookies function on your PDA browser, the following warning message will appear:

You can fix the problem by choosing "Tools -> Options..." in the bottom left hand corner of your PDA.

You can choose the Advanced tab from the bottom of your PDA. Under the Cookies section, please check the Allow cookies box and then click "OK" on the right hand corner of your PDA.
